Job Summary
Usha Prakash Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to support back-office operations and ensure excellent patient service. This internship provides hands-on training in healthcare operations, quality assurance, patient communication, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update operational and patient-related data accurately in Microsoft Excel.
Conduct quality assurance calls with patients to gather feedback on healthcare services provided.
Follow up with hybrid (online/offline) patients to ensure continuity of care and address their concerns.
Verify that healthcare services are delivered to patients in a timely, professional, and satisfactory manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and enhance the overall patient experience.
Manage patient communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and quality assurance activities.
Record and report patient feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Assist with day-to-day back-office operations, documentation, and reporting.
Eligibility
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Internship Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Stipend: ₹4,000 per month
