We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Flurys (5 Star Cake & Bakery). Get ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of bakery raw materials such as flour, sugar, chocolate, cream, butter, dry fruits, fruits, etc.

• Purchase packaging materials, cake boxes, accessories and other store requirements.

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

• Ensure quality, price and timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with the production/store team.

• Monitor purchase orders, invoices and vendor payments.

• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.

• Compare quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms.

• Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for purchase-related documentation.

• Ensure purchases comply with the company's quality and food-safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Bakery, Café, Restaurant, Hotel, QSR or Food & Beverage.

• Good knowledge of bakery raw materials and food-related procurement would be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
