Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement for all our lounges across India. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to manage cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Source and procure F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, and operational supplies for multiple lounges.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best quality & pricing.
Manage purchase orders, GRN, invoices, and inventory coordination.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and address shortages/damages.
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor lists, and rate sheets.
Coordinate closely with Lounge Managers, Accounts & Operations teams.
Monitor stock levels and avoid over-purchasing or shortages.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Prepare purchase reports and submit to senior management.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with supply chain / procurement specialization).
2–5 years of experience as Purchase Executive in hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase management software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Good understanding of costing, quality checks, and market rates.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
