Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of materials for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of interior materials, strong negotiation skills, and experience in coordinating with vendors and project teams.

Job Activities: Purchase, sales, Buyer Activities, Maintaining stock, Monitoring Loading and Unloading, Stock Entries, Keeping Store, Mailing, Outlook, Word, Excel and other Clerical Activities.

Prepare purchase orders, follow up vendors for supply.
Co-ordinate with workers for any clarification.
Prepare comparison chart of Vendor and choose a suitable vendor.
Material loading & unloading activity.
Making invoice and challan.
Keeping stock.
