Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for our infrastructure, civil construction and interior fit-out projects.

The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, material sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, delivery coordination and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of materials and equipment for infrastructure and interior projects.

• Source construction materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, structural items and equipment.

• Source interior materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings.

• Identify, develop and manage reliable vendors.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and release Purchase Orders through ERP.

• Prepare quotation comparisons and techno-commercial analysis.

• Coordinate with project/site teams for timely material supply.

• Monitor deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.

• Maintain vendor database and purchase documentation.

• Control procurement costs through negotiation and alternate sourcing.

• Coordinate with design, stores, accounts and project teams.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
