Purchase Manager – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the company’s purchasing and procurement activities.

- Identify and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.

- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, accounts, and production teams.

- Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.

- Compare quotations and control purchasing costs.

- Maintain vendor records, invoices, and purchase reports.

- Ensure materials are purchased according to company requirements and budgets.

Required Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and vendor management.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.

- Ability to manage costs and maintain supplier relationships.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream; a degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred.
