Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Female) to handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction and building materials. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors, site teams, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of construction and building materials from approved vendors.

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

• Track purchase orders, document material arrivals, and ensure timely delivery to sites/warehouse.

• Maintain and monitor inventory records and stock levels.

• Handle invoice verification, payment coordination, and processing with the accounts team.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all procurement activities.

• Resolve vendor issues and follow up on pending deliveries or payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate (Married preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in procurement within the construction/building materials sector.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of inventory control and vendor management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/accounting systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
