We are looking for a Purchase Manager with strong procurement and vendor management skills to oversee the sourcing

and purchasing of materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in supply chain management, cost optimization,

and vendor negotiations to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Procurement & Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality

  materials at the best price.

   Supplier Visits & Audits – Travel to vendor locations to inspect facilities, verify production capacity, and

  ensure quality standards.

   Supplier Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers for longterm

  collaboration.

   Inventory Control & Optimization – Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and ensure timely

  procurement.

   Cost Optimization & Budgeting – Reduce procurement costs, negotiate better payment terms, and

  manage the purchasing budget.

   Contract & Compliance Management – Ensure all purchases align with legal, regulatory, and company

  policies.

   Quality Assurance – Conduct on-site inspections to verify product quality before finalizing purchases.

   Supply Chain Coordination – Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure

  smooth operations.

   Data & ERP Management – Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) to track purchases and generate

  reports.

   Risk Management – Identify supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

   Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing – Implement responsible procurement practices.
