-Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors.
-Handle office purchases and procurement of required materials.
-Manage administrative tasks such as allocation of SIM cards, laptops, mobile phones, and employee ID cards.
-Handle office punch/attendance camera settings and manage various company portals.
-Maintain records of office assets and vendor details.
-Coordinate with vendors and deliver or collect products for the office when required.
-May need to travel to warehouse or supplier locations to collect or manage materials.
Timings- 10 AM- 6 PM
