Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle purchase activities and vendor coordination.

Manage quotations, purchase orders, and material follow-ups.
Handle delivery management and ensure timely material dispatch/receipt.
Maintain stock availability and inventory records.
Handle store management, including material receiving and issuing.
Coordinate with the production and accounts departments.
Ensure proper documentation and timely procurement.
