📝 Job Summary:

LDD Bioscience Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Manager / Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for Packing Materials and Raw Materials. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of quality materials, cost optimization, vendor management, and smooth coordination with internal departments in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end procurement of Packing Materials and Raw Materials for pharmaceutical production.

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.

Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for material planning and execution.

Ensure materials comply with pharmaceutical quality standards, specifications, and documentation.

Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documents, and MIS reports.

Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

Follow company policies and statutory compliance related to procurement.

Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or relevant qualification preferred).

1–6 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of Packing Materials & Raw Materials procurement.

Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Email, and ERP systems (if any).

Good understanding of documentation and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

🕒 Work Schedule:

Full-time

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

On-site role at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

📌 Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies preferred.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Strong coordination skills and professional work attitude.

Cost-conscious mindset with focus on quality and compliance.
