Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement & Purchase Order Executive to manage vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supply coordination for FMCG products, ensuring timely procurement and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, process, and track purchase orders for FMCG products
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely procurement to meet production and sales requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
• Follow up on deliveries, invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations (FMCG preferred)
• Knowledge of purchase order processes and vendor management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
• Experience handling multiple vendors
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management
• Negotiation and cost-control skills
