jobs and Responsibilities:

Assisting Procurement Team & Coordinating in Procurement of all the Material for Production and Sales. Effective involvement starts from Raising P.O till Releasing the Vendor Payment.

Coordination with Factory, Stores, Vendors, Transporters, Logistics Tea and different departments related to Procurement works and getting the work done efficiently and ensuring the availability of Material all the time.

Preparing P.O in ERP. Mailing and follow up communications.

Verification of bills and forwarding for payment.

Coordination and Execution of works as and when required or by instructed by the management.

Required Skills:

ERP Knowledge.

Inventory exposure.

Communication.
