Hiring: Purchase Executive

Location: Ambernath, Thane
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Source vendors for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, fabrication, and industrial components.

• Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores, and Project teams for material requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement and follow up with vendors for on-time deliveries.

• Identify alternate vendors and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and MIS reports.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or capital machinery industries.

• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and commercial skills.

• Good understanding of procurement planning, inventory, and supply chain coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• SAP/ERP knowledge is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
