We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement of civil construction materials for both site (field) and laboratory operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and coordinating delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase civil construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand, bricks, chemicals, and related consumables.

• Procure laboratory materials and testing equipment (NDT consumables, core cutting bits, cube moulds, etc.).

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

• Coordinate with site engineers and lab in-charge for material requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site/lab locations.

• Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and avoid material shortages.

• Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries.

• Ensure quality and quantity verification during material receipt.

• Control procurement costs without compromising quality.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
