About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT products, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement of materials required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure IT hardware, networking equipment, and office supplies.

• Identify and develop new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams regarding procurement requirements.

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.

• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of the procurement process.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant field.

• Freshers with good communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.

• Internship or prior procurement experience will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
