Job Title: Procurement Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our interior designing firm. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials required for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source materials, furniture, fixtures, hardware, décor, and other interior products.

- Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate costs.

- Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors.

- Track orders, maintain procurement records, and manage invoices.

- Ensure materials meet required quality and project specifications.

Requirements: Good communication, negotiation, vendor-management skills, and basic knowledge of interior materials. Experience in interior procurement will be preferred.
