Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.

• Collect quotations from vendors and prepare quotation comparisons.

• Coordinate with existing and new suppliers.

• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines and payment terms.

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with Production and Stores for material requirements.

• Monitor pending orders and material shortages.

• Check material quantity and basic quality requirements at the time of receipt.

• Maintain vendor details, quotations, POs and other purchase documents.

• Coordinate with Accounts regarding vendor invoices and payment-related queries.

• Prepare basic purchase reports using MS Excel.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.

• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication materials will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
