Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing and delivery schedules.
Compare quotations and maintain vendor records.
Verify purchase-related documents and invoices.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders and materials.
Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Prepare basic purchase reports and MIS as required.
Key Skills:
Basic to Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
