Position:- Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for timely and cost-efficient procurement.

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable deals.

• Supervise and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements as per company policies.

• Monitor procurement activities to ensure adherence to budgets and project timelines.

• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address issues proactively.

• Coordinate with suppliers to achieve improvements in cost, quality, and delivery processes.

• Oversee inventory levels and support warehouse teams in stock planning and replenishment.

• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Lead contract reviews and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.

• Generate spending and performance reports with insights for management.

• Identify procurement risks and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred)

• 6–10 years experience in Purchase / Procurement

• Minimum 2–3 years in a team-handling or managerial role

• Experience in trading / mining / construction tools preferred

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
