• ERP / Purchase Software

• MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination & Follow-up

• Vendor Negotiation & Market Rate Comparison

• Inventory & Material Stock Management

• Purchase Planning & Procurement Activities

• MIS Report Preparation

• Maintain Purchase Records & Vendor Requisitions

• Confirm Order Status & Ensure Timely Material Delivery

• Coordination with Internal Departments for Procurement Requirements

✅ Required Skills:

• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills

• Knowledge of Purchase Procedures

• MIS Reporting & Documentation Knowledge

• Ability to Handle Multiple Vendors Efficiently

• Responsible & Systematic Working Approach
