Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Purchase Operator to manage procurement of pharma products, vendor coordination, and stock monitoring. The ideal candidate should have good documentation skills, basic negotiation ability, and the capability to ensure timely purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and place purchase orders for required medicines and generic products
Compare vendor quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on deliveries
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and GRN
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages
Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams
Analyze market rates and support cost optimization
Share periodic purchase and stock reports with management
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of pharma or generic medicines
Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and responsible work attitude
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any stream ( B.Com / BBA preferred )
0–3 years of experience in purchase or pharma field preferred
Freshers with a strong learning attitude may also apply
