Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Nityadar Electrical Works to manage procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate purchase records to support project and operational requirements, the position offers a ₹20000 - ₹25000 salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for electrical materials and components

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements

• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms

• Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships

• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and documentation

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/inventory team

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

• Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis when required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
