Core Responsibilities

Procurement: Coordinate the timely purchase of bulk tile inventory directly from manufacturing partners based on accurate demand forecasting.
Sample Management: Maintain an optimized, readily available stock of high-end tile samples to fully support our specialized digital order gateway for clients.
Vendor Liaison: Price Fixing, Negotiate pricing, monitor factory production schedules, and rigorously enforce Modenity’s strict quality control standards.
Logistics: Oversee the smooth transit of materials, coordinate actively with freight forwarders, and rapidly resolve any transit disputes.
Back-Office Integration: Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and update internal tracking systems.
