We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle purchase activities related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers through platforms like Indiamart.
Manage purchase requirements shared by the Sales/Business Development team for third-party manufacturing and PCD.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Collect quotations, compare pricing, and finalize suppliers.
Maintain and update purchase records in Excel.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any field (Commerce/Science/Pharma preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple suppliers.
1–2 years of experience (Pharma experience preferred).
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
