🚨 **Urgent Hiring | Purchase Executive (Retail / FMCG)** 🚨

**💰 Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a **Purchase Executive** with experience in the **Retail / FMCG industry** to join our growing team.

**Eligibility:**

✔ Graduate

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Retail/FMCG Purchase

✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred

✔ Comfortable with 6 days working

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and process daily store indent requirements.

• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for timely procurement.

• Follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.

• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and suppliers for smooth product availability.

• Source new vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Monitor product availability, pricing, and lead times.

• Prepare purchase reports and maintain procurement records.

• Ensure proper documentation, invoice reconciliation, and GRN coordination.

• Work closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

**Required Skills:**

✅ Experience in Retail/FMCG procurement

✅ Good knowledge of Vendor Management & Inventory Control

✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
