We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Lisha Engineers. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in purchasing materials as per company requirements.
Contact suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations.
Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
Coordinate with the store, accounts, and project departments.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details in Excel or Google Sheets.
Help identify new suppliers and maintain vendor databases.
Track pending orders and update purchase reports.
Ensure all purchase documents are properly maintained.Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
