Skills: -

1. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for data management.

2. Strong understanding of procurement and material sourcing processes.

3. Ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.

4. Basic knowledge of accounting processes, including maintaining and updating ledgers.

5. Proficient in preparing ledgers in Excel and creating RFQs/RFPs for vendor management.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Agreements, and MOUs as per company requirements.

2. Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to ensure quality and timely supply.

3. Coordinate with vendors and team for material specifications and approvals.

4. Track performance, delivery timelines, and maintain procurement records.

5. Follow up for payments and ensure communication with suppliers and departments.
