We are looking for a smart, confident, and dedicated Female Candidate to join our team as an Import Export Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, telecalling, purchasing activities, coordinating with domestic and international clients, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, order status, dispatch details, and after-sales support.
Manage purchasing activities, including vendor follow-ups, price negotiations, and purchase order coordination.
Assist in import-export documentation and related administrative tasks.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain customer records.
Follow up with customers and generate new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Perform general office coordination and reporting activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Experience in Customer Handling and Telecalling.
Knowledge of Purchasing / Procurement activities.
Basic understanding of Import & Export procedures will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Writing, and Internet Browsing.
Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
Eligibility:
Female Candidates Only
Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in Customer Handling, Purchasing, Telecalling, Back Office, or Import Export profile.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
Job Details:
Job Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
