Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required by the company. The role ensures timely procurement, cost-effectiveness, vendor management, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.

• Request and compare quotations; negotiate terms, prices, and delivery timelines.

• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, stores, etc.) to understand procurement requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Track and resolve procurement-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
