We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at K.R. Mangalam Admin Office. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and User departments for GRN and billing.
Maintain purchase records, reports, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedure
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Review purchase requisitions and release purchase orders in a timely manner.
Quotation, PO Management, Cost Control.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
