Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer cum Purchase Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting mechanical engineering activities and handling procurement functions, including sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining purchase records.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.

Follow company safety and quality standards.

Purchase Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing materials, equipment, and spare parts as per project requirements.

Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.

Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information.

Coordinate with stores and accounts departments regarding material receipt and payments.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and procurement processes.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, or similar design software is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
