Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Purchase Executive with experience in pizza restaurant purchasing. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, supplier handling, and daily purchase operations. A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for market visits and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily purchasing of raw materials related to pizza and kitchen operations
Coordinate with suppliers for rates, quality, availability, and timely delivery
Negotiate terms with suppliers and maintain healthy working relationships
Maintain purchase records, bills, and reports using Excel
Track stock requirements and support inventory control
Visit markets and suppliers as required
Ensure cost control and quality standards are followed
Communicate effectively with store teams and vendors
Requirements:
Experience in purchase department of pizza or QSR restaurants preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Own bike with valid driving license
Basic understanding of supplier terms, billing, and payment cycles
Good communication skills (Hindi/English – mid-level speaking is acceptable)
Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Location: As per restaurant requirement
Salary: Mid-range (as per experience and skills)
