Purchase Executive

Junior Purchase Engineer – Oil & Gas is responsible for supporting procurement and purchasing activities related to equipment, materials, and services used in oil & gas projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation materials.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and RFQs (Request for Quotations).

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, delivery, and technical compliance.

• Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.

• Follow up on deliveries and maintain procurement records.

• Coordinate with project, store, and engineering teams.

• Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain inventory and procurement documentation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of procurement procedures.

• Understanding of oil & gas materials and equipment.

• Vendor management and negotiation skills.

• MS Excel, ERP, or SAP knowledge.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
