Job Role: Purchase Executive

Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai

Qualification: Any relevant Degree/Diploma

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in procurement, preferably in the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source interior materials and architectural hardware.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders based on BOQ/BOM.
• Coordinate with site engineers regarding material requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase-related documentation.
• Use MS Excel for order and purchase tracking.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of interior raw materials and architectural hardware.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
