*About the Role*

looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement for interior fit-out, commercial, residential, and healthcare projects. If you’ve got a knack for sourcing, negotiating, and keeping projects stocked on time, this is for you.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Source materials and collect quotations from vendors

- Compare rates and negotiate the best pricing

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)

- Follow up on material deliveries and pending orders

- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements

- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation

- Ensure timely material availability at project sites

*Requirements*

- Graduate in any discipline

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement

- Knowledge of construction and interior materials is preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel

*Compensation & Details*

- *Salary*: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience & skills

- *Location*: Thane, Maharashtra

- *Industry*: Interior Fit-Out | Commercial | Residential | Hospital Projects
