Purchase Executive

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Purchase & Logistics Executive to join our manufacturing plant. You will be the central link between our suppliers, our factory, and our customers, ensuring that materials arrive on time and finished glass is delivered safely across the country.

Your Responsibilities

1. Buying & Vendor Management

• Find new suppliers online (Google/JustDial/Indiamart/Others) and negotiate price and terms.

• Handle the full purchase cycle: Requisition → RFQ → Price Approval → Purchase Order (PO).

• Follow up with vendors until goods reach the stores and coordination with Accounts for timely payment.

2. Logistics & Truck Dispatch

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand daily truck requirements (Tons, Length, Routes).

• Plan logical routes for trucks with multiple delivery stops to ensure driver and client satisfaction.

• Hire trucks from transport vendors and always maintain a backup list to prevent dispatch delays.

• Track vehicle status twice a day and provide real-time updates to the sales team and clients.

3. Documentation

• Maintain and compile all transit documents: Bilty (LR), Invoices, and Delivery Acknowledgements.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in paperwork to facilitate smooth bill passing.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly with both corporate managers and truck drivers.

• Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Web Search).

• A "problem-solver" attitude—especially when dealing with transport challenges.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
