Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and maintaining purchase records. Freshers with basic knowledge of procurement are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, goods, and services

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements

• Coordinate with vendors regarding price, delivery, and payment terms

• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier details

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / Any Graduated)

• Basic knowledge of procurement or purchase processes

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
