Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure gaming products, electronics, and retail merchandise as per business requirements.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers/vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality.

• Maintain purchase records, order status, delivery schedules, and GRN coordination.

• Work closely with Inventory, Warehouse, Finance, and Store Operations for purchase planning.

• Track market trends, pricing, competition, and new product availability.

• Manage AMC, warranty, and service support for gaming equipment (if applicable).

• Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor SLAs, and audit norms.

Maintain relationships with key vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in procurement within gaming, electronics, or retail industry.

• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of gaming products, accessories, and electronics preferred.

• Good understanding of purchase cycles, GRN, inventory flow, and ERP systems.

Analytical mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail.
