We are looking for a Purchase Assistant / Executive to join our team BNR Infrastructure Projects Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25 Thousand In Hand and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project & site requirements
• Identify and coordinate with vendors / suppliers and obtain quotations
• Perform price comparison and negotiation to achieve cost-effective purchasing
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP / procurement system
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and material availability
• Coordinate with site teams, stores, and accounts for purchase requirements
• Verify and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and delivery documents
• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and documentation
• Ensure materials meet quality and project specifications
• Handle invoice verification and coordination with accounts for payment processing
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Support cost control and procurement planning for sites.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is any graduate with construction background with minimum 2yrs to 5yrs experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 working days.
