Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Vasant Vihar, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive (Female) with relevant industry experience to manage procurement activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management, purchase coordination, and material sourcing, preferably from Real Estate, Telecom, Aviation, or Hospitality industries.

Industry Preference

Candidates must belong to one of the following industries:

• Real Estate

• Telecom

• Aviation

• Hospitality

Applicants from the same or closely related industry backgrounds will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing operations

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

• Maintain vendor records, pricing details, and purchase documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and timelines

• Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor inventory levels and support audits when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems

• Ability to multitask and work independently
