Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in procurement of pharmaceutical products, laboratory equipment, or chemicals. The role involves vendor management, purchase coordination, inventory support, and accounting entries in Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of pharma raw materials, lab equipment, chemicals, and consumables

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

• Maintain purchase entries and records in Tally

• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification, GRN, and payment processing

• Track deliveries and ensure timely material availability

• Ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Science / Pharmacy / Supply Chain (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience in Pharma / Lab Equipment / Chemicals is mandatory

• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

• Understanding of procurement processes and documentation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
