Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements

• Ensure timely procurement of materials at competitive prices

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation

• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments

• Track order status and follow up for on-time delivery

• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies

• Assist in cost analysis and vendor performance evaluation

• Support audits and procurement reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Supply Chain/Procurement preferred)

• 0–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement activities

• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management

• Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP, or purchase management systems

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
