We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Aadhi Maruti. The role involves supporting day-to-day purchase activities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring the timely availability of required materials. Candidates with basic knowledge of purchase activities and MS Excel are preferred. Freshers or candidates with relevant basic experience can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchase activities and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and basic Excel reports.

• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.

• Verify purchase documents and ensure accuracy of basic purchase data.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Support the team in comparing prices and coordinating with vendors.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any Degree / Diploma. Candidates should have basic knowledge of purchase/procurement activities, MS Excel, and computer operations. Good communication, follow-up skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are required. Freshers and candidates with basic purchase experience can apply.
