Key Responsibilities: Project Executive
Manage communication for ongoing projects by coordinating with field teams, volunteers, and internal team members to ensure timely updates, clarity of tasks, and smooth information flow
Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation, including daily updates, progress reports, impact summaries, and data records to ensure accuracy and proper tracking of all activities
Support content writing, review, and donor communication by assisting in drafting reports, case studies, and communication materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage logistics, resources, and operational needs, ensuring smooth execution of activities and timely resolution of challenges
