We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator in Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat to oversee and streamline company processes, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring workflows, maintaining process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring company operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
● Coordinate and monitor company processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
● Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements for better productivity and efficiency.
● Ensure all departments follow defined operational processes and company policies.
● Track process performance and prepare reports for management review.
● Collaborate with different teams to implement process improvements.
● Resolve process-related issues and escalate concerns where necessary.
Required Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
● Fresher candidates with strong organizational skills can apply.
● Strong understanding of SOP management and process improvement practices.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and operational reporting tools.
