Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & ProcessingExecute and manage daily process-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines.Perform data entry, validation, and processing in systemVerify accuracy of KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Maintain high standards of data quality and organize all documents within the system.Customer VerificationConduct telephonic verification with customers prior to sanctioning loans.Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.Compliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate records and documentation of all process-related activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.Coordination & SupportRespond to queries and resolve issues from internal teams or clients as per defined SLAs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.Monitoring & ReportingMonitor process queues and dashboards, escalating any backlogs or deviations.Compile and generate routine performance reports based on key process metrics.
