Urgently required Personal Assistant to MD for reputed China Based MNC
Job Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or redirect as necessary.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely material delivery.
Ensure all delivery documentation (invoices, delivery notes, receipts) is accurate and signed.
Collect payments or official receipts when required
Handle customer communications via phone, email, and in-person when necessary.
Monitor and update order status and provide regular updates to clients and sales staff.
Verify courier and vendor invoices for accuracy.
Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payment processing.
Update and maintain production and FG records in internal databases
Track orders, daily production output.
Support audits and internal reviews.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
