Job Title: Field Sales & Operations Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Near Sector 61 (candidates staying nearby preferred)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

Serenity is looking to hire a Field Sales & Operations Executive to handle on-ground sales and operational responsibilities. This is a field role involving regular client visits for selling our fragrance solutions and servicing fragrance machines at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites for monthly servicing and maintenance of fragrance machines

Handle machine installation, refilling, and basic servicing

Conduct field sales: pitch Serenity’s products and close deals

Visit prospective clients and generate new business

Maintain good relationships with existing customers

Ensure timely servicing and high customer satisfaction

Daily field travel to assigned client locations

Requirements:

Must have own motorcycle (mandatory)

Valid driving license

Comfortable with field sales and service work

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Willingness to learn product servicing and sales processes

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

Preference for candidates residing near Sector 61

Experience:

0–2 years experience in field sales / service / operations preferred

Freshers with a strong willingness to work in the field may also apply

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Sales-based incentives
