Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Associate who will take ownership of the entire order lifecycle — from packaging coordination to ensuring timely delivery to customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, keeping things organized, and making sure execution happens without chaos.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily order processing and dispatch operations
Coordinate with packaging staff to ensure accurate and timely packing
Manage and supervise packaging workers on-ground
Ensure order quality checks before dispatch
Coordinate with delivery partners/logistics teams for smooth dispatch
Track orders and resolve any delays or operational issues
Maintain basic records of orders, dispatch, and inventory
Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the packaging area

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order panels, basic data entry)
Ability to manage and lead a small team
Good coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Prior experience in operations/logistics is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
